Chris is an award-winning recruiter with over 15 years across contract and permanent recruitment in the UK and Ireland, and was named National Contract Recruiter of the Year. He has built and led successful recruitment teams and delivered hundreds of placements across technology markets.

More recently, Chris launched Submittd Talent, an AI-powered recruitment agency built around automation, intelligent sourcing, AI-assisted outreach and modern go-to-market systems. Unlike many traditional agencies, the business has been built without relying on LinkedIn Recruiter seats, large legacy databases or expensive recruitment infrastructure.

Instead, Chris has developed proprietary workflows using AI agents, enrichment platforms and automation systems to source, engage and place talent more efficiently. These same principles now form the foundation of Recruitment Engineer.

Glenn is a Product Engineer, Technical Product Manager and Senior Full Stack Engineer with extensive experience building and scaling software products across fintech, SaaS and regulated industries. He has led product and engineering initiatives from concept through to launch, combining deep technical expertise with strong product thinking.

He currently works within a leading investment bank's innovation environment, where he has designed AI-powered automation systems, autonomous agents and developer productivity tools, while also contributing to large-scale trading and financial platforms.

Prior to this, Glenn held senior engineering roles at high-growth SaaS businesses, founded his own technology startups, built AI-enabled products, improved conversion and onboarding systems, and delivered software used by thousands of users. He combines product strategy, software engineering and AI implementation expertise.
