Governance built in
We don't sell compliance. We sell governance built into the workflow.
How it works
We don't sell compliance. We sell governance built into the workflow. It starts with two custom skills we wrote for recruitment: a GDPR skill that governs how candidate and client personal data is handled in sourcing, enrichment, outreach and your CRM, and an AI Act skill that sets what the AI may do, what it must never do, and where a recruiter decides. Every other skill runs inside those two. Behind them sit hard limits enforced in the data gateway and a log of what was searched, who revealed what, and why. The framework is reviewed by a data-protection solicitor before your install, so when a client or the ERF asks how your AI use is governed, you have an answer and the evidence behind it.
The layers
GDPR skill
Governs how candidate and client personal data is handled in sourcing, enrichment, outreach and your CRM.
AI Act skill
Sets what the AI may do, what it must never do, and where a recruiter decides.
Hard limits
Enforced in the data gateway, not left to the prompt. Access, spending caps and logging sit on our side.
Audit log
A record of what was searched, who revealed what, and why.
Solicitor review
The framework is reviewed by a data-protection solicitor before your install.
Start with a readiness review.
